A seamless extension of you and in tune with your needs: This is the way forward for a hyper-personalized and intuitive customer experience, both in and out of the car. Mercedes-Benz will preview the next major step toward its vision at CES 2024. The world’s largest consumer electronics show is the ideal setting for the revolutionary MBUX Virtual Assistant. With high-resolution game-engine graphics from Unity, it elevates the ‘Hey Mercedes’ voice assistant to a whole new visual dimension. This advanced AI-powered feature combines MBUX’s intelligent systems into a single entity and presents the customer with an expressive new face through natural interaction. The MBUX Virtual Assistant, which runs on the in-house developed Mercedes-Benz Operating System MB.OS, is one of several digital innovations to be unveiled in January.
“Mercedes-Benz is reinventing the digital passenger experience by leveraging AI to offer human-like interaction with the intelligent MBUX Virtual Assistant. It includes empathetic characteristics that sync with your driving style and mood. Paired with our in-house MB.OS architecture, this approach will define the future of digital luxury.”
